Today in Hip Hop News, a graphic and alt right horrific video surfaced of VH1's “Black Ink Crew”, Ceasar Emanuel, who can be seen physically abusing an innocent dog, captured on a ring camera.
The video has since gained media attention over the hours which very shockingly led to the firing of Emanuel by VH1.
After being previously fired from the reality TV program as a result of the footage, it now appears that he may face additional consequences.
According to TMZ, local criminal enforcement and animal services are looking into the former Black Ink Crew member.
According to a spokesman at Fulton County Animal Services, South Fulton PD has been collaborating with them to learn more about what transpired at Emanuel's home.
The accusations are being resisted by Emanuel. According to his attorney, the incident that was shown on camera took place during the pandemic lockdown.
However, according to Fulton County Animal Services, there is still time to file a charge because the statute of limitations has not yet run.
Emanuel has stated that the video was a "setup," in his opinion. His team claims that an ex-girlfriend who wanted to exact revenge on him for breaking up with her uploaded the footage.
Caesar in an encounter with TMZ exclusively commented:
“I know the footage that everybody's seen- it looks crazy. It's a moment in time which I wish I could take back. I came home and my dogs were attacking each other. I don't mean play fighting, they were going for each other's necks, they were trying to kill each other. I separate the dogs, now one of the dogs attacked me... I was nervous and I was scared. So at the end of the day, I was trying to back the dog down."
The Fulton County police have determined that Emanuel's dogs are secure and healthy, according to his representatives.
They’ve also reassured the community that “Although his actions were not appropriate at all, [Ceasar] is sincerely apologetic and feels extremely bad. He is dealing with death threats which is causing him fear and depression. His only goal was to build an empire to help build jobs and bring the black community in the tattoo industry successful given that the community is limited there."
