Yes again. Oh, sorry… who you ask? DaBaby, yet again, beats up another individual only this time a senior citizen and could be facing possible jail time.
Rapper DaBaby is facing major legal consequences after allegedly knocking up a guy in his own house after a violent scuffle during a video shoot in December 2021.
DaBaby has been charged with felony assault for a brutal beating of an elderly citizen during a botched video production.
During the height of COVID-19 restrictions in Los Angeles, Gary Pagar rented his Runyon Canyon vacation house to DaBaby.
The rapper signed a contract that stated, among other things, that only 12 individuals were permitted on the site.
DaBaby, on the other hand, broke the restrictions by inviting around 40 individuals to the house for the video shoot, including YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul.
Pagar became aware of the violent situation at his residence and attempted to put a stop to it. He was knocked to the ground as he arrived.
He chased the elderly man around the property. DaBaby eventually got up to Pagar and struck him in the mouth, knocking out his teeth.
When the man collapsed, DaBaby, a man named Thankgod Awute, and their team stomped and kicked him as he writhed in agony. They also snatched Pagar's phone and tossed it about to keep him from contacting the cops.
Pagar eventually recovered possession of his phone and dialed 911. To make matters worse for Pagar, DaBaby never paid the rental bill.
DaBaby is accused of criminal assault, while Awute is charged with felony robbery.
The announcement follows the re-emergence of a video depicting DaBaby shooting and murdering a youngster inside a Charlotte-area Walmart in November of 2018.
DaBaby was shopping when he got into a confrontation with a bunch of males inside the store. Jaylin Craig, according to the rapper, pulled a revolver during the altercation, forcing DaBaby to draw his own gun and shoot the 19-year-old.
