Last week, following his release Gunna secretly made a comeback with the song "BRODIES" by German musician Ufo361.
Ufo361 released the new song this morning along with a music video. Neal & Alex, Oz, and The Cratez, who produce the song, provide a thrilling and glitzy soundtrack for Ufo361 and Gunna's collaboration.
After declaring that he is "countin' bands with my brodies," the ATL rapper takes on the first verse and speaks about a life of luxury.
Gunna has obviously not lost his touch after his jail, despite the fact that it is not the return that many had hoped for.
Gunna's delivery is more melodic, but Ufo361 swings through with a quick triplet pace. He raps mostly in German, with a little English thrown in here and there.
Since being freed in December, Gunna has only released "Brodie" as music. It's also Gunna and Ufo361's second time working together. In 2019, the two previously collided on the song "On Time."
Some questioned Gunna's ability to return home with a successful profession. The rapper from DS4EVER is undoubtedly receiving love abroad, even if it seems like just a small number of artists are still showing their support for him.
Given that many of his close friends and colleagues are separating from him, it may be an indication that Gunna may explore foreign sounds in the future.
