Jayceon Terrell Taylor, better known by his stage name “The Game” is reportedly disregarding his alleged sexual assualt court hearing, and this time it seems to have cost him.
Documents collected from other sources claim that a Los Angeles Superior Court judge granted a motion filed by accuser Priscilla Rainey who soughts to seize the rappers profit made from Cameo, a website that grants rappers profit in exchange for making custom videos for fans.
The story goes that The Game was accused in 2016 of sexually assaulting Rainey on the set of his VH1 reality dating show called “She’s Got Game”. According to Rainey, the Compton rapper arrived at a date under the influence of drugs where he “forcefully reached his hand inside her dress to rub her v-gina and buttocks” during the dinner.
Rainey seeks to be awarded his Cameo profits which according to the motion, the rapper made around $20,000 from the start of October 2020 to January 2021.
As the rapper stayed highly consistent in denying the accusation, he eventually lost the lawsuit against Rainey and had to fork over $7 million which he has also been reluctant to pay.
Regardless of the applaudable denial of such allegations, his character and actions were deemed “deeply reprehensible”, said the Appeals Court.
