Today in Hip Hop News, according to TMZ, Kodak Black was arrested for possession of a controlled narcotic without a prescription and oxycodone trafficking after police discovered over 30 Oxycodone tablets in his car during a traffic check.
The tint on Kodak's Dodge Durango was deeper than legally permissible, prompting a traffic ticket in Fort Lauderdale.
The officers stated they smelled marijuana and conducted a search of the vehicle.
During the search, police in Fort Lauderdale claim they discovered 31 Oxycodone tablets and $74,960 in cash. Kodak, actual name Dieuson Octave, was apprehended and brought to the Broward County Jail.
When Kodak was stopped over, his license and plates were suspended, according to close sources.
