HELLO VHipHopNews viewers!!! We apologize for our silence for a few days but we are back and better than ever! Which is why today we are throwing you an EXTREME curveball with this story!
A unbelievable and shocking story that has the world in a chokehold.
Today in Hip Hop News, a headline we are grabbing hold to our seats about, Tiffany Haddish & Aries Spears implicated of assaulting and grooming siblings in a recently unveiled sexually suggestive comedy skit!
In a recent lawsuit, a woman and her younger brother claimed Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears groomed them as minors and forced them to shoot sexually inappropriate skits.
John Doe, who was born in 2007, and his sister Jane Doe, who is now 22 years old, filed the complaint in Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday. In the action, Jane, who is John's legal guardian, is the plaintiff both on her own behalf and on behalf of her younger brother.
In separate events, the lawsuit claims that Haddish and Spears forced the siblings to participate in sexually explicit skits while they were young, which "stole the youth of a 7-year-old kid and a 14-year-old child."
The Daily Beast broke the story of the lawsuit first.
However, lawyers for Haddish and Spears have dismissed the case as a heist.
Spears' lawyer Debra Opri asserted that the comedian "isn't going to fall for any shakedown."
Haddish's lawyer, Andrew Brettler, claimed the plaintiff's mother had "been trying to assert these bogus claims against Ms. Haddish for several years" in a second statement.
Brettler referred to the accusations as "meritless," noting that Haddish had previously demonstrated that she "would not be shaken down."
“Now, (the accuser's mother) has her adult daughter representing herself in this lawsuit. The two of them will together face the consequences of pursuing this frivolous action,” the attorney said.
Jane mentioned that she and her brother "are not surprised that Mr. Brettler would attempt to divert the attention away from the legitimate claims filed by my brother and me, to shift the blame and attention to our mother who is not a party to this lawsuit."
According to the lawsuit, the siblings were acquainted with Haddish and Spears when they were little because their mother was close friends with Haddish.
According to the lawsuit, in 2013, Haddish spoke as a guest speaker at a summer camp Jane, who was 14 at the time, attended. Haddish allegedly told Jane during the visit that she had the "perfect role" for her.
The lawsuit claimed that neither Jane nor her mother knew what the shoot would involve, adding: “Only Spears and Haddish knew the storyline for the skit."
But according to the lawsuit, Haddish ended up showing Jane how to replicate fellatio in the skit.
The lawsuit claimed that during the incident, a video playing in the studio showed an elderly male and a college-age woman arguing over a sub sandwich until the lady finally started to eat the sandwich "simultaneously from either end.
"The two appeared to moan and make "sexual noises as they both ate the sandwich in a manner that simulated the act of fellatio," the lawsuit said.
Plaintiff Jane Doe imitated the actions that Haddish and Spears asked her to perform so that she could return home because she was "physically, emotionally, and mentally uncomfortable," it claimed.
The lawsuit claimed that the next year, Haddish informed the mother of the siblings that she had cast the younger brother, John, who was 7 at the time, in a skit. According to the lawsuit, "She only said it was a sizzle reel for Nickelodeon."
The lawsuit claimed that although the plaintiffs' mother dropped off John and Jane together so that Jane could chaperone, the kids were informed that they had to be "separate" for the Nickelodeon skit.
According to the report, John was later undressed "down to his underwear" for a skit called "Through A Pedophiles Eyes" about a child being left with a man, played by Spears, who repeatedly "leers at the child lustfully" before massaging John with oil and forcing the child "closer to him in the tub," according to the report. The boy is "portrayed as leering lustfully" at Spears, who is only in sporting shorts, in the last shot before starting to apply oil onto his body, the lawsuit claimed.
Linked below are the explicit clips of John's skit. Parental discretion is advised and please watch at your own discretion. We are simply including the clips for the sake of awareness and to show the true nature of its vulgarity.
The lawsuit claimed that the film concludes with the words "WATCH WHO YOU LEAVE YOUR KIDS WITH!" shown on the screen.
The complaint claimed that after filming, "Mr. Doe called his mother weeping and said he did not want to film anymore."
According to the lawsuit, the mother of the plaintiff continually questioned Haddish and Spears about "what was captured that caused her son upset," but Spears eventually informed her the clip was still uncut and promised to get back to her about giving her the unedited version. The complaint claimed that Haddish claimed she did not own a copy of the video but that it was just intended as a humorous skit.
Days later, according to the complaint, Spears allegedly told the mother that John had been so uncooperative that the film was useless and had been "deleted."
The mother didn't discover the sketch starring her kid had been posted online, including on the "Funny or Die" website, until around four years later, in June 2018.
"The mother, upset, stated that she would have never let her son participate in a pedophile child pornography skit," the lawsuit alleged.
A Funny or Die spokesperson came to light and also, in congruence with the mother, expressed Funny or Die’s total dismay at the skit.
“Funny Or Die found this video absolutely disgusting and would never produce such content”, the spokesperson said.
“We were not involved with the conceptualization, development, funding, or production of this video. It was uploaded to the site as user-generated content and was removed in 2018 immediately after becoming aware of its existence," they said.
The complaint claimed that John and Jane both experienced social illnesses, with John experiencing despair and anxiety and Jane being unable to "trust anyone" as a result of the occurrence. They are claiming damages from Haddish and Spears.
